At Hagen Bikes, we’re making two changes at once, and we think you’ll like both of them.

We’re retiring the Hagen Mini and streamlining our lineup around the Flagship and the XL. And because that simplification lets us improve our entire manufacturing process, we’re cutting standard delivery times from 8 weeks to 4.

Why the Flagship, and why now?

When we looked honestly at the two bikes, the case for the Mini fell apart. The frames share identical components. The geometry is the same. The only difference is that the Flagship’s cargo bay is 20 cm longer, and that extra length has no effect on handling. It rides just as nimbly, but carries noticeably more: groceries, gear, kids, whatever you’re hauling.

There’s no price difference either. You’re simply getting more bike.

Splitting our production across two nearly identical models was slowing everything down without giving our riders anything meaningful in return. Focusing strictly on the Flagship for everyday versatility, and the XL for maximum heavy-duty capacity, means we can build faster and deliver sooner.
