Your Hagen Cargo Bike comes with a comprehensive 2-year warranty, starting from the original date of delivery. This warranty remains with the bicycle even if ownership changes during the 2-year period.

Warranty Details:

• Duration: 2 years, calculated from the original date of delivery.
• Applicability: This warranty applies to the bicycle itself and is transferable to subsequent owners within the 2-year warranty timeframe.
• Coverage: The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that were present at the time of the original delivery.
• Resolution: For validated warranty claims within the 2-year period, Hagen Bikes will cover the costs of necessary replacement parts, repair labour, associated shipping, and customs duties (if applicable) required to rectify the defect.

What’s Not Covered:

This warranty does not cover the following:

• Normal wear and tear from regular use.
• Consumable items, including but not limited to: bulbs, brake pads, tyres, tubes, chains, sprockets, cables, hoses, bearings, derailleur hangers, etc.
• Damage or failure resulting from accidents, collisions, improper assembly, inadequate maintenance, neglect, misuse, or abuse.
• Damage resulting from modifications made to the bicycle after the original purchase.
• Surface finish and cosmetic issues (paint, decals, etc.) after the initial point of sale.
