It’s important to us that your bike is always in good condition, and that you remain completely satisfied with it. However, if issues should arise, in addition to the legal warranty you have, we also offer a 5-year guarantee on our frames, Hagen Cargo Bikes engineered components and forks from the date of purchase

• 2 years from the date of delivery

• Independent of owner

• Only for material and processing defects that already existed on the delivery

• We pay costs for rebuilding, shipping and customs (if applicable)

Guarantee

• 5 years from the date of purchase

• Only for the first owner

• Only for material and processing defects that already existed on the delivery

• On all Hagen Cargo Bikes manufactured parts (frame, bike fork, etc.)

• Rebuilding, shipping and customs (if applicable) are paid for by the owner
